The Prototype X was presented at the BAUMAG in Lucerne.
Foundation GmbH
In the course of restructuring within Schenk AG, Pionnerbore GmbH was founded. This is owned by Peter Schenk and his sons Jonathan and Benaja.
Flush drilling system
A few years later, the first prototype of today’s “E-Z-Jet” mud drilling system was created. E-Z stands for “easy”, i.e. “lightweight”. The system was continuously developed further and presents itself today as the smallest, lightest, but most powerful HDD mud drilling system.
Directional press system
The first straightening press system was constructed, named “Mini Twinny”. Even the prototype was used successfully and profitably. Even then, the premise was: Small, powerful, simply constructed and above all, to be installed with muscle power alone. The system name “Mini Twinny” became established in the trade circles due to the number of sales and growing popularity. Soon, the system designation “Mini Twinny” was even used in tenders.
Laying pipes without trenches
Peter Schenk joined Schenk AG, and began to advance trenchless pipe-laying technology.
